Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square

Was here for American Family Service's Loving Marriage Weekend. The hotel, rooms, and ballrooms are incredible - very well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food (ate 8 meals there) was great and they accommodated vegetarian well. Only issue, as with most tall hotels, is there does not seem to be enough elevators for a quick trip to room or lobby during the busy times.

I enjoyed staying here during my time. The front desk receptionists were very welcoming, kind, and hospitable. I enjoyed the Drift Spa and I fell in love with the location and how beautiful the property was. I will definitely try my best to come back if I ever come to the Lancaster area.

My Husband and I chose the Marriott at Penn Square for the venue of our wedding and they did not disappoint. Redi was absolutely amazing from start to finish, she handled all the leg work in setting up the perfect wedding day. The food is amazing and we use the in hotel restaurant and bar as our after party The Plough. This really was a dream location for our wedding. My Husband and I plan to visit for anniversaries to come just to live it all over again.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Lancaster and near many attractions. The booking, check in, and check out was very smooth. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We asked for a room on a higher floor and with a view, if possible, and our room could not have been better! We were on the 9th. floor overlooking Penn Square! The room was quiet, clean, comfortable, and with all needed items, including bottled water. We will certainly recommend the Marriott Lancaster to family and friends and will stay again if we are in town.

Thanks to Annan for helping with our luggage at a very busy time. Thanks to Tiffany for the "helping hands" at approx 4 am when the mattress just didn't work for me. Thanks to June for the comforter and blanket. All 3 helped my stay wonderful! Only "-" was the accessible mattress, too low to the floor and too soft. The wait staff for our meals and the staff is at Starbucks were Awesome!

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Lancaster. Great location with every type of food you could be in the mood for. We stayed in a corner suite they had beautiful views at night. The Restaurant "Pouch" is attached on the first floor near the entrance and was delicious. The front desk personal let us check early at 2:30, which was a relief since check in time is 4pm. The reason is I took 1 star away from the room is because under our bed didn't look like it has been swept or cleaned in a bit. There was a huge amount of dust behind the nightstand and along the bars on each side of headboard next to reading lights. We also has 1 new roll of toilet paper and only a 1/4 of another on the toilet paper bar. So, we ran out of toilet paper at 3am. Luckily, we had flushable wipes with us. I am sure they would have brought some up had we requested more but it was the middle of the night and we were tired. We did find 2 rolls outside of our door when we woke even though we hadn't yet requested more. All in all, it is a great hotel. We will definitely recommend.

Nice Hotel for convention conference. Food was good, staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and modern. Definitely would stay again.
